Royal Ginger 2-2 McAnuff & Gorkss

If our two worst performers score. Ill rim my cat!

It's easy to say that without defining in advance who our two worst performers are. However in the unlikely event that the Pog and Fedirici DO score our 2 goals in a 2-2 draw I'll rim your oxf*rd cat

Jason will be preening to his former love, not be too interested in the game, demand to be taken off just before the end so he can take an ovation from Latic fans.

And a 1-0 loss.

McAnuff? Worst performer? That's a pretty mongish observation.

agree, in my opinion McAnuff has been one of our best players this season, and has formed a good partnership with Shorey at times

Snowball drawn with Everton, who should have been 4-0 up on us by HT

You mean drawn with Everton who we beat 2-1 instead of drawing?

And in what way "should" they have been 4-0 up on us?

Honestly you write so much bullshit it's actually incredible.

Sorry, Lord Knowledge.

Wigan have won at Southampton and at Spurs and at West Ham (cup)
They have won at home versus West Ham

Our away form is a loss at Liverpool where we conceded a hatful of chances,
a 1-0 defeat at WBA, a 4-2 defeat at Chelsea. A draw at Swansea but we again gave away a shed-load of chances, and a 1-1 draw at QPR, the QPR who have drawn 4 lost 8 so far.

If it's true that 7 first teamers are out, that obviously ups our chances
but really Wigan should be favourites,

and they ARE - 10/11 when we are 7/2

They are coming off a bad result (and being outplayed)... we are coming off a great result, but we (except for Maguire) know we were really poor first half.

Just looking at results where we've played the same teams, how people can predict a comfortable win is beyond me. I hope we win, of course, and i think the odds are tempting, but they are big odds for a reason.

Chelsea 4-2 Reading
Wigan 0-2 Chelsea

Reading 1-1 Stoke
Wigan 2-2 Stoke

Reading 3-3 Fulham (late RFC equaliser)
Wigan 1-2 Fulham

Swansea 2-2 Reading (We were well outplayed, but...)
Swansea 2-1 Wigan

Reading 1-3 Spurs (we were utterly out-played)
Spurs 0-1 Wigan (Wigan thoroughly deserved their win)

Liverpool 1-0 Reading (could have been 5-1 or 6-1)
Liverpool 3-0 Wigan

Wigan 1-2 WBA
WBA 1-0 Reading

Lousy stats Snowball - you've omitted the fact that Brian will be wearing his suit.

Why? That won't make what you've written above any less nonsensical.

Why "should" Everton have been 4-0 up on us? And how can you use the fact that Wigan drew a fixture that we won as evidence Wigan will turn us over?

Chelsea 4-2 Reading
Wigan 0-2 Chelsea 0-2 flattered Wigan, Chelsea tore them to shreds.

Reading 1-1 Stoke
Wigan 2-2 Stoke

Reading 3-3 Fulham (late RFC equaliser) The late-ness of the goal is irrelevant.
Wigan 1-2 Fulham

Swansea 2-2 Reading (We were well outplayed, but...) ...but we still took an away PL point, a few more like it and we'll be doing ok.
Swansea 2-1 Wigan

Reading 1-3 Spurs (we were utterly out-played)
Spurs 0-1 Wigan (Wigan thoroughly deserved their win)

Liverpool 1-0 Reading (could have been 5-1 or 6-1) but it wasn't
Liverpool 3-0 Wigan Out played by a very ordinary "Suarez +10" last week, and now have more injuries.

Wigan 1-2 WBA
WBA 1-0 Reading

Not based on the last two games it isn't. McAnuff has been woeful recently.

I like the sound of this:
BBC Sport Wigan are in the midst of an injury crisis with Ben Watson, Gary Caldwell, James McArthur, Albert Crusat and Antolin Alcaraz all out.

Ryo Miyaichi and Franco Di Santo were also injured last weekend and their fitness will be assessed.

7-0 Reading.

We are on a roll. We win in streaks. And it always happens this time of year (well, did last year).

And being optimistic > being pessimistic.

2-2 - Morro gives us the lead. Wigan take control and batter us. We come back in the last 10 and Hunt with a late equaliser.
