In your heart, do you think we are already down...?

Does any part of you still cling to the tiniest hope that we won't be relegated?

Yep, we're f*cked so enjoy the ride back to the Championship

thought we were probably down all season, yesterday simply reconfirmed it after id got to about 50:50 after the sunderland and man u games.

you just know with reading that we will give that hope, snatch it away with some further inept performances, but then turn it around so we have a chance on the last day where we play well, win, but still go down.

I give it till the Villa game. If we do not win that we can look forward to locking horns with an old and possibly new carrot crunching adversary as well as Bournemouth and Brentford. 3 from those 4 would be fine. Don't want Tranny,Donny or Blades promoted.

Knowing RFC we will go to Everton and win on Saturday and everyone will then be saying we are dead certs to stay up. Oh what a fickle lot we all are.

This. But in reality we will probably lose.

No wins at all in March. Those fixtures are horrible. We just have to hope those around us blow up as well.

Nope it is over. We would have to make up those points lost by beating Everton on Saturday. Think they will do us 3 nil. We then must beat Villa or our relegation WILL be confirmed. Guaranteed
No points from arsenal or man u (lack of quality gives us no chance) without a draw and win in next 2 we will be way adrift and down. Down down deeper than down.

The season has been a balls up. I was hoping we would fight til the end but against wigan the old
Reading from the first half of the season returned.

Convince me we have the quality to WIN games abd score goals..

Win the next two and we could be 3 points or so above the drop zone. Lose them both and it is almost certainly all over.

So much for the brick by brick approach and the billionaire Russian owners.
Next year we could be playing in the same division as Bournemouth and Brentford.
Next level my arse, two years ago we played Swansea at Wembley, next season they are playing in Europe and we could be at Griffin park.
Compared to Swansea we have made no progress, the squad is now arguably weaker than the play off final squad and we still play kick and rush football from the dark ages.
Embarrassing really.

It beggars belief that the fact that between the origin of this thread and now we've spent time out of the bottom three has been lost on so many posters.

We were down the moment the ref blew the final whistle at the end of the Forest game at home last season.

Swansea are only everyone's favourite side today as they were made to look like Barcelona yesterday by a mid table 4th tier side who played completely in to their hands - shows Parkinson's real ability as a manager.

Would you rather have Mills, Khitz and and Griffin at the back?

We play exactly the same as a number of other premier league sides - kick and rush football based on fitness and physical strength - evidenced by the lack of progress on the international front. Swansea's way of playing is the exception rather than the norm.

Hmm. Quite looking forward to Griffin Park, in a resigned sort of way.
