Their reaction to the added time amazed me too. seems the arrogant twats genuinely believe that only Swansea and their ballboys are guilty of wasting time. The timewasting by the overpaid prima donnas last night was just as bad as that which led to 'ballboygate'. I was just waiting for Turnbull to pull up a seat, get out a newspaper and have a read prior to taking each goal kick! OK, Halsey added some of the time and it came back to bite the former European Champions but the useless tw*t should have shown some balls and booked two or three of their players. Couldn't believe how Lampard got away with booting the ball into the crowd after it had gone out and then Cole held onto the ball for ages when it was returned and before he took the throw. When the East Stand gave them stick for their timewasting, they openly laughed at them. How fantastic then that the East Stand got the last laugh!

To be honest I was staggered with 5 mins added time.

The usual rule is
- incident free match = 3 mins
- losing at home to a bigger team = 3 mins
- winning at home to a bigger team = 4 mins
- lenghty 5+ min injury and losing at home to a bigger team = 5 mins
- lenghty 5+ min injury and winning at home to a bigger team = 8 mins.

So how was there initially 5, and then 7 mins of injury time last night?! Perhaps they added up all the times the ball is out of play?! What a unique way of doing it!

I would give them a grudging well done for their support for 75 mins until they all left. No noise from the waitrose boys and you only sing when your shopping were quite funny.

Never seen that before. It's 30 seconds per substitution or goal scored plus plus an allowance for injuries and time-wasting. 5 minutes seemed fine to me, but I'm surprised Halsey had the balls to do it - having said that, the time-wasting was so ludicrously blatant that he couldn't fail to spot it.

I don't particularly like Benitez, but a tad hard to blame that on him last night.

Surely the players must take the responsibility for that lapse in concentration - the marking for the equaliser was absolutely abysmal.

The bus down was a barrel of laughs. Caught in the usual A33 traffic, a large group of Chelsea fans in there 40s (ie. old enough to know better) were throwing all sorts of disgusting abuse at the driver simply for not getting them through the solid traffic quickly enough. A constant torrent of abuse as we neared the stadium, all around me were the usual old folk and families so I didn't think I could really speak up for the driver and tell them to f*ck off. Also, they're all from Slough and West Drayton - so why do they speak like they're from the "east end of Laaaaaaahndan".

Literally the least welcome visitors ever to the Madj. Worst club in world football.

think it was totally fair. they had loads of daft injuries taking ages to get sorted, taking ages on goal kicks and throw ins, a sibstitution that took about two minutes etc etc.

ref just added that time up, as he is supposed to

for the eupropean champions to do all of that while 2-0 up Vs bottom of the leaue was pathetic imo, totally classless and unnecessary.
and if they hadnt have done it, they probably would have won. LOL
