IMO the key to good and dangerous attacking play is change of pace. I'd be happy to see a bit of keep ball, as long as there is purpose to it and we don't have to wait to long to intiate that change of pace that creates space and opportunities. Swansea have the change of pace IMO, but they play the keep ball a little long. Spain are similar, but more so and tedious because the other team barely gets a kick.

Rodgers' Reading in their first game against Forest were the ultimate in tedious keep ball. It was like we hit the 75 minute mark and the players remembered for the first time they had to cross the halfway line and score a goal to win. The rest was just pointless tippy tappy nonsense. And it didn't get a huge amount better in those last 15 minutes.
