Well I'm going Balls out on my prediction:

1. Reading to win by a goal, either late on or in ET, making my 10-1 bet come in
2. There is a full turnout by our owners
3. A Reading fan streaks (or tries to) - but is some old overweight geezer, not an Erika Roe - a - like
4. Wenger gets his finger caught in his zip
5. Dave Royal turns up at the Millenium Stadium / Wembley on Sunday by mistake

Some (or all) of the above may come true

I predict I will

go to pub
go to another pub
go to Wembley
go to another pub
come home

I wont do this or at least not to the point where i dont know what happens in the game, but it seems the best way of coping!

Nameless Not many teams score 5 against Arsenal though....

Just rewatched the 'highlights' of that match on YouTube. I didn't realise how many of our current squad played that evening - Feds, Gunter, HRK, McCleary, Pog! Not sure how many of the Arsenal players are still current but certainly Giroud and Walcott of course!

From Despair To Where? I will be delighted if we hold them to 3-0

This. Anything under 4-0 and I'll be happy.

Kuhl_Runnings Since when have we had big teams put tons past us? Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool when they beat us recently only won by very few. In that case, my heart opts for 2-1 to Reading AET, but my head says 2-1 to Arseanal.

Whenever we've played Arsenal?

Have you seen their scoring record against us?!
4, 5, 7, 2, 3, 2, 4, 3, 3

If Arsenal don't win by at least 2 goals I'll be amazed. They've only failed to do that once since 1972 FFS. And that's when we were genuinely really really good.

Arsenal 5 - 0 Reading. Nailed on. We can't score against Blackburn so how on earth will be score against Arsenal?

We were in Division 4 and lost 5-0 twice.

No corresponding matches on the soccerbase head-to-head, so I'll take your word for it.

Twelve goals last time we met in a cup game, so something similar again I would imagine - the only difference being we won't be getting 5
