Let me get this straight, you're saying Stam's playing style simply doesn't work in the Championship because we missed two penalties in a Playoff final? It worked last season, it was the whole reason we finished 3rd.

There are other reasons why this season hasn't gone well. Some of them the managers fault, some the recruitment team, some the players. It's not black and white
