WestYorksRoyal When talking about the exodus, I do question which players scream "sign me" to Championship clubs. Bindon. That is all.
But the likes of Wing, Smith and Knibbs could strengthen a team like Bolton or Blackpool, and that may be appealing to them given our situation.

I had a look myself and found 37 - adding John Clarke; Boyd Beacroft; Jeremiah Okine-Peters; Joe Barough. We've given debuts to ten players this season.
Worth pointing out when we signed Campbell, we had 34 players matching that criteria - whether the rule's been changed to only include league matches or now requires a minimum number of appearances may be a factor.
Had Clarke in at 16.
My interpretation of Campbell's signing was we persuaded the FL that there was ambiguity in their communication about whether we could sign a replacement for Azeez.
I think the deal went through because we argued we wouldn't have let Azeez go if we couldn’t make a signing, it's a net cost reduction, we've been paying on time and the takeover is all but complete.
Well, the takeover fell apart, and the misunderstanding can no longer apply, so I think we'll find it very hard to bring anyone in to replace him. I think there's a small chance we get to extend.
On the other hand, I don't see us selling more than 2 players who've played regularly. I know a lot of people expect a mass exodus, but I don't.
Although, I think that exodus is much more likely in the summer when contracts run out, unless we have solid extension clauses.
Most of our players aren't super attractive for a fee to Champ clubs. But a lot are well worth a punt for a free to Champ or L1 clubs in the summer.

Hound I very much doubt Wolves are a blocker at all to this
Agree I can’t see us losing too many in Jan - dependent on how urgent our cash flow issues are
Bindon likely. Savage possible
Otherwise unless we need a fire sale and end up selling of the likes Knibbs for 100k or so then don’t see many others moving on.

Royal Ginger He’s done well for us, on his day he’s running rings round League One defences, If I were Wolves I’d want to try him out somewhere he’s likely to get game time in the Championship.

stealthpapes I can’t work out if Louie Barry is the next Grealish or the next Bannan.
Either way, Campbell is not quite at same level. Hope he comes back, wish him all the best if he does not.

Don't quite get Campbell. He mostly doesn't look that good to me. But he scores goals and gets assists fairly consistently.
He's like an anti-L1 winger. Normally you'd expect them to look incredible world beaters one day, and barely able to kick another. But to me he looks just consistently tidy, but without a lot of flair.
Effective, is I guess how I'd describe him. Which isn’t a typical wonger description.

WestYorksRoyal Confirmed he's here for the remainder of the season. Great news, and fair play to the EFL for pragmatism.
