handbags_harris It does strike me, as a Y25 regular for a number of years, that the majority of the current crop of Y26ers seem to be little buggers who want an atmosphere but are clueless as to how to go about it. Seems they seem to think that an atmosphere is created by constantly havin a go at the away contingent rather than singing supportive chants. Ok, we all have a go at away fans occasionally in my area, but we also watch the game and support the team. Or try to anyway. Sometimes a player's inept performance is beyond support!!

Sums it up best.

This is the typical problem with Reading fans, always maoning about something! Instead of moaning about people trying to create an atmosphere, being a bit rowdy etc....Just get behind the team, stand, sing. If these boring supporters don't like fans standing up, being rowdy etc, then Match Of The Day is the place for you.

So what do you Chelsea boys do for atmosphere? Apart from obviously complain about the reviews for ones Hamlet at the Old Vic, and/or pass around rascist hate literature??

AbovetheI I mean, what kind of image are we giving when all we seem to have is young boys, some as old as 11 giving it the biggun?

The Kooks and their fans should be rounded up and shot.

$hittest excuse for a band ever.

confused? see abovetheI's avatar.

delete this post and we can have a row about music on anything else.
defend your lack of taste abovetheI. I fear though, this may not be possible.

Sheffield United had EXACTLY the same problem with kids as young as 5, some as old as 12 saying we're all mouth/calling us cnuts and threating to slit our throats.

Hardly just us.

Plastics.

I presume those singing "I was here when we were shit" are harking back to the time when we were two nil down at home to Middlesborough, Oh those were the days. To them, anyone who wasn't there for the first 85 minutes of the match either watching it or queuing for a hotdog and cuppachino is a plastic.

All the kids in Y26 must have been a one-off on Tuesday.

I've sat there ever since we moved to the stadium, and there are no kids anywhere near me (half-way down). We're all just very vocal.
