He must have been referring to Royal Rother.

Phill Parkinson and Trevor Senior are two former Reading players who are hobnobers.

Parky was at a hobnob Curry night but didn't want to reveal his username, Trevor Senior was at a post promotion Hobnob gathering. Jamie Cureton is spickroyal.

Crikey, I hope neither Parky nor Senior posted as Bracknell RFC!

Not really.

I think the context was something about discussing critism and how much notice the players/team take of fans/media and other peoples opinions.

He then said he doesn't look and something about not paying attention to what people on hobnob say and the media. Something like that.

As long as they realise that whilst there are a lot of idiots on here who spout bile and nonsense, there are also a fair few people who are reasonable and talk sense, as well as support the players when they are unfairly criticised.

In fact the players that get abused the most are usually ones with a lot of support as well. It's not like Brooker got much abuse, and he was a total shower of shit. Everyone knew it so there wasn't a lot of point discussing it, whereas Hughes had a lot of supoorters and defenders as well as a lot of haters and detractors, hence the huge amounts of stuff about him.

 Trevor doesn't post on here to my knowledge - although I did refer him to the site. He did rather enjoy the curry night though - taking the mickey out of BB0118 "Vicky Pollard"!! I'll ask him to register!!

Barry Hunter reads Hobnob, but doesn't post.

My Mum was talking to him about it.

Then why do we get such bad press from Murts and Kitson. I think most comments on here are fair and that we're representative of what the fans are thinking.
I've known for a few days now I'll be missing my first home league game since Plymouth

Lets be honest - there are quite a few muppets on here posting absolute rubbish. And unfortunately some posters out there give the board a bad reputation.

You (and i don't mean you personally but in general - people) always pick up on the bad stuff and overlook the good stuff as it's easier to be hurt by something than to appreciate something.
