SpaceCruiser What - you'd play three full-backs in our defence?

I think Kelly can play at CB.

He really can't.

Murts played at centre back at Old Trafford...

Kelly at centreback is a frightening prospect given his size, apparent strength and enthusiastic rabbit in headlights style.

Have you seen him play yet? If so, when?

Yes, sub appearance against Plymouth, possibly also on TV, I can't recall exactly.

I've seen him play for the reserves more than 20 times, definately a full back. The only way I could see him at centre back is if we desperately needed somebody pacy to play with Duberry.

I mostly agree with that team but i would like to see Mooney start for one of the other strikers as we need to know if he is up to the job sooner or later.

That's three strikers really, Antonio and Robson-Kanu will be wingers in the long term.

That is quite a strong line up. A good mixture of youth and experience. I would be very interested to see what happens if SSC brings Kebe on for Convey.

Cardiff team looks pretty strong:

Cardiff: Enckelman, McNaughton, R. Johnson, Gyepes, Kennedy, Whittingham, Rae, Ledley, Parry, McCormack, Bothroyd. Subs: Heaton, Capaldi, Purse, McPhail, Comminges, Scimeca, Blake

Tempted to backed Reading at 3.85 on betfair.

Interesting to note that he's not worried about cup-tying Lita, Bikey or Pearce.

I'm sure Coppell would too - that's what he's playing him for

It doesn't bode well for Mooney that he can't even make the 18 and it doesn't bode well for Golbourne that Coppell would rather switch kelly to the left side (although kelly has played there a bit of course).
Otherwise, a sensible use of the squad. Hope some of the young subs get on.
