Maguire 1-1

Highlight of the game = turning off radio berks after 3 minutes and having a soapy wank some time during the second half.

Royal Lady Derby 1 Reading 0 and there will be people on here saying we were unfortunate to lose and they could take some positives from the game.

It really is shit being a Readng fan isn't it?

tell you what..... let's laugh at those who hope rather than know.

I'm glad I didn't see us lose lose 3 - 0 at home against stockport (who were bottom at the time) in the old 4th div, yet still thought that one day we might play Man U on "equal" terms.

Right, I'm back off to "Old Farts "R" Us.

I re-read the Division 2 promotion game review again and it brought me new optermism.

How ever i don't see us scoring. Where exactly are the goals going to come from? Kebe? Injured Hunt? leggy Doyle? Shane "Super Sub" Long? Leroy "can't even get on the bench" Lita? Steven "plays better for his country" Hunt?

Anyway, despite that the team CAN score, and with a little bit of luck we could turn it around.

I'll back some boys and make some noizzzze!

Did anyone watch Big League Weekend 2 last night?

I quote, "Reading appear to be reversing out of everything now". Chris Iwelumo then chatted about how he thought we'd go up with them when we beat them twice etc.

a comfortable 0-0 again tonight, another against Norwich, and another against Brum...

However we will still go up, after 6 0-0 draws in a row from now and us deciding both the play-off semi-final and the final by our immense penalty taking skills...

Ingimarsson will be brought on in the 123rd min of extra time in the final, after a miraculous recovery, and will score the deciding penalty... :D

I am hoping 1-0 to us and Kitson to score. Just don't put any money on it.

Yet again, I'm happy to be proved wrong!! I'll predict us to lose the next two matches, and that should ensure a big win for us in both games - thus automatic promotion. In the Championship winning season, on the prediction league I started off the first match I think predicting a win (which we lost) then I predicted we'd lose for the next few (which we didn't) - so I ended up predicting against us for virtually the whole season, just to ensure we didn't! Should have done that this season.
