You talk a lot of sense, braindead, but I think there would be huge concensus among Nobbers that you are totally incorrect and living in cloud cuckoo land if you think that the Chumpionship is anything other than exactly that this season.

It really is a very poor league and any of the teams going up this season will find it an even harder to task to avoid relegation next season than usual.

As for the average side in a weak league comment - possibly, or a really good side in a strong league, dependant on your point of view.
