SHANE LONG CAN'T HIT A COW'S BACKSIDE WITH A BANJO

So yes play Mooney up front alongside N Hunt and play a diamond behind them (Marek and Karacan with Robson-Kanu on left and Henry on right)

Victor Meldrew
skipper I work with a Norwich fan who couldn't understand why last year Lita was loaned out, when we were stuggaling for goals and fit strikers. And now why Mooney isn't being given the chance, even though he proved he could score at Norwich - even though they wern't playing well.

Despite his team being relegated and playing shite, he still found reasonable ground to laugh at us. And i hated him for it.

Give Mooney a chance, what exactly are we going to lose by doing so?

I would hope that Lita and Mooney would look like stars in a side that was hurtling towards the 3rd tier of English football so not a great recommendation.

I think you missed my point... They were playing well in a poor team. Yes the did look like stars in a team plummeting towards the 3rd tier of english football. They did prove, despite being at a team hurtling towards the 3rd tier of english football that they could score, IN THIS DIVISION. Something we are currently lacking, 3 games in, and playing arguably no better.

Royal Lady It's almost as if Rodgers doesn't want to play anyone that Coppell actually signed - and is keen on the youngsters because he was previously involved in the academy. he's got to swallow his pride imho.

You know Mooney and Coppell fell out after he didn't play him and sent him off to Norwich right?

Why would Coppell play Mooney when Hunt and Doyle were both scoring well?? He was always going to be 4th choice when he signed, we will have known that. Sounds like attitude was against him, if he was so pissed off he should have asked to leave.

Check the date Mooney went to Stockport on loan.
and the official site for full details.

http://www.readingfc.co.uk/page/NewsDet ... 17,00.html

where he came back early after again getting injured.

then a reserve hat trick and went to Norwich to play games and get fit, which it seems he did.

http://www.readingfc.co.uk/page/NewsDet ... 65,00.html

same time kitson came back, so with Lita, hunt Kitson and doyle in front of him a loan was a good move by Coppell.

As it happens I would be playing him now.

He's just wibbering on. Nothing of that was leaked, and the majority of the squabbles were. I'm sure Mooney knew when he came here it would take a season to bed in, and his loan to Norwich would have been welcomed as a chance to prove himself.
