if we do lose tomorrow night with another poor performance I think Madejski will find it hard not to sack him.

The fans certainly turned on him at QPR and with 15k fans wanting his head on sky with the above situation, he can't stay on. However if we lose and play well i think he will stay on

If we lose the pressure on SJM to act will grow, but it won't neccesarily be a sacking of BR; I can imagine the possibility of either looking at his backroom staff (in the same way that Martin Allen, rather than Pardew, was sacked shortly after we lost 3-1 at home to Swindon a number of years ago) or bringing in an experienced football person to work alongside BR.

I can't see SJM sacking BR unless the form we are in continues until the end of the Year.
