Wycombe Royal
West Stand Flash Who is going to want to come to a club that is going down, will pay the smallest wages in the Championship and have a amanger who no one has heard of and is obviously the cheap choice?

Send this clown back to being a scout, continue to scout sh*t players (the last 7 he scouted have been a great success) and get some one in who knows what they are f*cking doing.

Anything to add........

For God's sake don't encourage him!

floyd__streete Joking aside though, Brain Clough would have struggled to keep this side up. We are poor in almost every department throughout the squad which is a particularly risable effort given the strong position we were in just 2 and a half years ago.

I am convinced that we are going down whoever we bring in, because the many for desperately needed defensive and forward-line improvements just won't be available.

Hmm.

Given my early season backing of Rodgers I know I can't really talk.....

But still, a hearty LOL some of the posts on this thread.

winchester_royal At least he has the guts to accept the fact that the performance was unacceptable, and should never, ever, take place again.

A true reflection of his abilities will be seen on Saturday.

What we want to see of a manager, long may it continue! Don't be fooled the next time a manager tells you how great we are when we clearly aren't!

Now, where did we leave Royalee??

Tbf I don't think anyone can say that they thought at the time just after BR's depature things would end up this way.

And as for WSF. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

His two hoppo's didn't do much for him, Deano and Frankie all on big wedges hanging around doing nowt constructive. Lampard always looked as though he'd struggled to get to training after a night on the lash. And lost his shaver.

What about me? I'm pleased we're doing well and McDermott's pleasantly surprised me - do you get to many games from Belfast or is it just easier to hide behind your keyboard there?

Thats not the first time you've referred to that and like last time completely irrelevant. You can't keep falling back on a side issue to deflect away from the argument.

And judging him on what we have seen so far and the way he has handled himself I doubt he would go anywhere.

I am delighted how we are doing at the moment, much more than pleased.

I'm just glad he's using his knowledge and nous and gaining the experience as he goes along. A very understated, no BS mananger who enthuses the emotion on the sidelines and lets the results do the talkng. I admit when he came in as a temporary stand in, that i was worried where we could scrape any future results from. The team were lacking focus and direction, and seemed to be turning in on themselves. The results weren't there, (albeit a faint flicker of a teams potential at away games) but lacking confidence and consistancy at home.

As BM says - one game at a time as i still feel edgy before, during, but never after a game now. That football for you and basicly why i love the unpredicatability of this sport.
