higher I bet Alfie is peeved. It was his job to grab a late brace.

alfie is put on late when chasing a game, not when trying to keep a lead. putting blackman on was the right call, him and pog could hold it up and waste time. dont get me wrong i rate alfie much much higher than blackman but i agree with nige on this one.

Cureton's Volley
CholseyRoyal That win with none of our early summer signings playing :D

Brian's players ain't so shit, eh!? :)

brian's players, NA's tactics and philosophy...

it was irritating as hell to see pearce and HRK get carded for timewasting. especially since it was unneded and only wasted literally seconds.

Especially the ones that clown benched last season as Guthrie and McCleary were the best two players in a Reading shirt.

Yep I agree that Blackman more likely to hold things up and bigger frame etc and Mr Nig made correct call etc(particularly way things panned out) but still I bet Alfie is a just a wee bit miffed.

Loved Blackman's reaction to our fans. If I was him i would've put a finger up to them.

Pog has found his scoring boots, Alfie is just Alfie and Sharp is on the way in. Suddenly everything is looking a little better.

Great win, decent performance, more so second half. Confidence must be flying now, Pog's also. Two decent signings (one in waiting) and we suddenly look very strong.

Blackman is entitled to celebrate however he likes, even if it means giving us fans 'evils' :D

Yeah - and if that's Blackman's attitude he can just oxf*rd off..... he only got lucky on his first touch anyway after HRK had set it up for a simple finish.

i could see where he would be, but surely he must know his role in the team as explained by NA and common sense. NA would have explained to him at the start of the season that his role is going to be a important one in the team where he will start but he will also be expected to come off the bench to chase a win. blackman's role will be similar but to come off the bench when securing a lead. alfie will understand that, unless he is thick.

Dick Habbin's hairdo First time I've actually 'seen' us this season... and on telly (thanks AlJaz).... but that was complete sh1te.

Pedestrian. Lack of any pace, first touch, vision, skill, movement. Jeez, is the Chumpionship really that poor?

We were clearly by far the better team but, other than the beer, butties and banter, there was nothing in that for footy fans.

Toss up between Guthers and HRK as MotM - in case anyone was interested. Although full marks to Pog for trying to stay on his feet....most of the time. He looked much better for it, too.

You can tell that you've not seen any other games this season if you think that was shite

Leeds response was quite funny. Look bemused and then sing "what the oxf*rd hell was that".

It's by far and away our most original song.
