Royal Lady If he's already trained with us, he can't have any current injury problems - so can't see it is the medical that is holding things up.

Stranded They only seem to take so long when they are leaked to the media.

That Friday Feeling I've heard he trained with us yesterday. Seems we're waiting for some medical results.

ZacNaloen Fordhams Tweet says held up by medical results, I take that to mean they are waiting for the results to come in, rather than there was a problem. Only a matter of time now.

Oh. Has he had a medical? Good.
With hindsight, McD would have been better off keeping schtum on Saturday - particularly as the results of the test have not yet come through.

tomrfcurz Can't see any issues with the medical if he's fine to train and has been match fit for Plymouth for the last year or so

As some have pointed out, he could have underlying problems in the knee that could recur later on. Knees are like that, though you can mask incremental deterioration with injections in the short term. In my opinion, for that money he's worth the risk. If he scores another ten goals this season and Shane does the same, that could be enough to get us up.

Oh yeh, completely understand but he's been fine for Plymouth, ever since he signed for em has he not? Surely something would have resurfaced or been picked up in the Plymouth medical? Or am i missing something.
