Watched this CB play on loan for Hudds when lived there,got them promoted via play offs V Sheffield Utd. Hudds wanted to keep him but he went back to Reading for Premier football.My opinion, on a par with Caulker only half the price if you can believe the figures banded about. Good signing Ole. Cala , Morrison I don't think there will be a better pairing in the Championship this season


very pleased with this signing too, he is quality and should stop the leaks in our defence

he has great potential ,he is still young

I read an article on Morrison and had previously thought he was someone else, still only 23, good defender, would be happy with him.

Now I'm no football scout but if I was going to spend £4m or let a manager spend £4m on a player, I would do more than watch the player once and then ask his mate what is he like.

You'd also watch all 94 minutes of the game before concluding that he had had a decent one; he clearly switched off before the Wigan equaliser

Good character to have around but better comedian than footballer.

Cost us far too many points mainly down to poor positioning. I always worried when he put his foot on the ball and attempted to pass it because he was prone to making mistakes. Preferred the no nonsense clear your lines with him which doesnt support adkins approach of passing out from the back.

When we signed him I thought he would come good but he has proven he isnt good enough for the prem and has not been the same since his injury unfortunately.

Good luck Sean. Lets reinvest in better quality.
