RFCUK
Royal Rother West Ham looked to me like an unhappy and demoralised camp.

As the 2nd half wore on they just didn't seem particularly interested in tackling back when we were in possession.

They are finished for the season now.

What are the odds West Ham Drop to fourth..? And also out the play offs? If Blackpool win today, then there will be four teams on 63 points - one of which outside the playoffs, if you drop to fourth, you could well be dropping to 7th at the same time..

They'll definitely make the play offs, but they certainly won't win them.

It ain't over yet, but we're in poll position and reasonably comfortable.

Just been reading the match thread on KUMB. Apparenly it was no way a penalty and Hunt dived and we are a bunch of cheating pcunts.

Also lots of calls for Sam Out. :D

Well - I certainly enjoyed that 96 minutes.

I really can't see West Ham coming back from that.

Personally I think it depends on how we do against Leeds because of the timings of theirs and ours matches.

I'd forgotten when I watched WHU in December that Allardyce was their manager. Then when I saw the leaden, thuggish, brainless John Beck-esque (Cambridge 90s) percentage crap it all made sense.

Dire, unattractive (but even worse) unproductive 'percentage' football.

Watching today, even with all that pressure of the first 40 minutes (pressure that Reading were happy to ride), there was as much penetration from West Ham as you'd find in a gay eunuch's whore house.

Would anyone pay upwards of 35 to 45 quid to watch that dire shite?

I feel sorry for genuine West Ham fans. They must be pulling their teeth out watching that bollox, week-in, week-out.

First half was like being back at Elm Park in the eighties watching head tennis against f*cking Hartlepool.

Well, it has hurt West Ham playing little Reading this year. But if this was their answer and their idea of 'revenge' then I'm a pearly king.

Reading played their characteristic game, nothing flash, and set about the job how I hoped they might, with cool heads and patience.

Did 4-2 flatter the Royals? Not really. Clinical taking of chances instead of the gaffing and scrambling the Iron Hoofs were performing in front of goal.

Final score then, the Tubby Isaacs XI 2:4 The Berkshire Hunts.

As for the Happy Hammers?

Academy of football, my arse.

Cheers.

The hammers ain`t biter are they? all over kumb its WH played well and we were lucky , no penalty ect

I watched the game..

We had all the play first half, Reading had NOTHING.. we failed to convert any more chances and they mugged us with 2 lucky goals..

2nd half we still had plenty of chances but were an unorganised mess at times (especially in defence)..

Their penalty was soft..

Reading are ******* lucky..

To be fair that description of the first half is pretty much accurate. The penalty was nailed on though and the 'disallowed goal' was perfectly good from what I saw. All in all a good afternoon. Now we just need Saints to slip up and it is getting really tense for the last 5 weeks of the season.

I'd be struggling to take any positives from that apart from maybe the first 20 minutes, if I were a Mug, I mean Hammer

The goals at the end of the 1st half weren't lucky tho. West Ham fell asleep on a corner and then were still rattled when we netted the 2nd. Very fragile team...
