I wonder if it was a consequence of being banned from training for a week (iirc) and then coming back in. I doubt it's severity and length of time he had it though.

Reading4eva I like him, and understand his frustrations earlier in the season. Did anyone think he was annoyed as he wasnt playing, didnt like seeing us in the bottom 3, and couldnt do anything about it.


Totally. Fairly experienced premiership player joins the club to get more first team exposure, is kept out of the team by Tabb and Leigertwood. Team incapable of getting any hold on a game, largely because of an ineffective midfield.

Since he's been given his chance he's worked really hard to show why he should have been involved earlier, and it looks as though his passing game is gradually becoming key to our gameplan.

Pretty pathetic to write him off over it, to be honest. I'm glad he won't always necessarily toe the party line.
