Given Couhig's confidence after the Wigan, the hold up being something like trying to get the right people in the right place to conclude the deal seems, to me at least, the most likely reason. Not the Azeez transfer, the hotel, the car park, or just Dai's wish to punish the fans for being horrid to him.

Wow, this has to be on Bowen surly!! As DOF it should be your job to liaise with the EFL and know the rulings inside and out, especially in our situation. Shocking!!

How long can we expect Selles and the players to shut out the noise and be professional? They have done a great job, but working in such a shitshow takes an emotional toll, and one day they may find they simply no longer have the energy to do it. The takeover can't be "close" forever; it needs to happen fast or we have much further to fall.
