It WILL be Brendan Rogers. Woulda preferred Curbishley myself i.e. someone with a bit more experience. That said, it'll be a completely clean slate so will be interesting to see how he gets on.

I suspect our hands were somewhat tied in who we could appoint due to not wanting to spend much money on either the manager's wages or the amount he'll be given to spend.

i reckon rogers makes sense on both those counts given his history with our yoof players
you never know though, madejski could resign at 11 too!!

Wouldn't cost much in compo to get Rodgers as he's only on a 12 month rolling deal and Watford are a bit strapped for cash.

i dont think it will be curbs because if im right i think he left west ham because he didnt like having a director of football controlling the transfers and dont we have nicky hammond who does most of the transfer side of things
