If he's such a bad influence why the hell is he training with the youngsters? Last thing we need is big fat Roy leading them astray.

Royston kills kittens for a fun.

In a microwave.

I think that's disgusting if you ask me.

Maybe he's made to stand in front of them so the coaches can point at him and say "See this guy here, he had it all and he oxf*rd it up. Don't do that."

You could re-work it into a kind of Falling Down remake, perhaps.

We're working on their fitness levels.... it's like an 'all you can eat' buffet for Royston, catch 'em, they're his.

Good news for the local pie shops still struggling to recover from Caskey's departure.

I reckon Nige isn't playing him because he's racist.

He probably doesn't like Dutch people.

I thought maybe he would have been given another chance by now considering it looks like he is staying

You'd think there'd come a point when the injuries are bad enough to have him back in wouldn't you? An injury to Blackman, Taylor or Edwards would surely see him on the bench?

If it was an attitude thing, probably. If it was a money thing, probably not.

Yeah its crazy

I know he isn't well liked on here but i think everybody could agree that on his day he could be a match winner and a class above anybody else in the squad.

Its a shame because right now we could do with him playing

It's just a shame his day was about 4 years ago when playing in the Netherlands.

Compared to what we expected, he was woeful. Compared to others in the team, he wasn't especially bad. Always (perhaps over optimistically) thought that with a run in the team he'd get better, start to play as part of a team more and grow as a player. Still unsure as to whether the fact that didn't happen was his fault, the managers, the clubs or a bit of each. But certainly the shitness of his performances has been rather overplayed on here. I just found him disappointing more than anything.

Blackman injured and out for a couple of weeks now. Cummings, who has played on the wing before, is also out for a couple of weeks. Come on Nigel - Drenthe might be a cock but this injury situation is so ridiculous that we need to use him.

Not now he's been left out of the squad. His attitude to working for the team was bad enough as it was, it'll be non-existent now.
