I did say a while ago that it was almost as if Rodgers didn't want to play Coppell's players. Of course, I got shot down for it - but it certainly makes you wonder doesn't it? Mind you, 3 minutes left and nothing more on Harps or Rosie.

It's a shame really. Harper is a player we would miss. He's a big character in the dressing room, he gets on well with the other players, he has experience, however he isn't good enough for Rodgers. However a player who can't get in the Sheffield United team is.

Players quite often play carrying injuries. Pain killing injections are given fairly often as far as I know. And of course there is also the factor of not being injured, but not being match fit either.
