Someone can't spell Pompey... 3 times.

Mikkel Andersen - Portsmouth (League 1) Appearances: 13

L1: Portstmouth 2-0 Crewe

Andersen helped Pompy win their third game in four matches by keeping a clean sheet against Crewe at Fratton Park. Anderson had little to do in the first half but had to be alert to scramble away Chuks Aneke's long-range effort in the second half. It was only Pompy's second clean sheet in the league this season but hopefully there's more to come.

Andersen wasn't involved in Pompy's other game this week, a 3-1 home defeat to Wycombe in the Football League Trophy.

moonwalklikebas He was on the bench for Charlton in the cup last season before it was called off for the riots.

How did the people at Charlton know there were going to be riots? They should have told the police of their fears really.

Torn here, I want him to get valuable experience and look good but I also want Pompey to lose every game they play.

More seriously, his name is Andersen and not Anderson ..... unless the Anderson who had little to do in the first half is a different player? :D

He goes by many names ;) But yeah OK this wasn't my finest piece of spell/general checking on an article I've written so I'll hold my hands up!

In all seriousness though, if anyone wants to help out as well as just point out my spelling mistakes, we are looking for people to get involved in any capacity they can.

Whilst we're at it, you probably shouldn't call them Portstmouth either :P

Just wanted to say that I think Tilehurst End is brilliant and often read the articles that you (and I assume others) put up. Keep up the good work and don't be put off buy the pedants on here worrying about the fact you make an odd spelling mistake.

Jordan Obita has returned to the club slightly early after a family bereavement, ending his two months at Pompey.

Given the fact he's only started twice there seemed little point in him staying there anyway and hopefully he can go out on loan again somewhere else where he'll get a little bit more playing time.

Full roundup to come tomorrow, dictionaries at the ready ;)

Spotted Joseph Mills strolling down Deansgate in Manchester today wearing a nice cream cardy, didn't get to speak to him though.
