We'll only miss him because we have very few options up front at the moment but other than that if we can get six figures for him then do it. This would top the Andy Hughes to Norwich for £500,000 deal.

What would make me laugh if Shane went to West Ham would be the fact that all the posters who are slagging him off as being useless and incapable of scoring goals will come on and moan that it shows that the club lacks ambition!!
The fact is, if we are offered £2M+ for Shane, we would probably accept it, as I suspect Shane would want to play in the PL and whats the point of hanging onto a player who would move if he could? That would mean we would definitely look to bring in a new striker with the funds raised/salary saved.

If he wants to play in the Premier League surely he shouldn't go too West Ham?
Oh dear, not quite sure what came over me. The amount of times I see others do it and think what spanners they are! Once in 862 posts can be a let off though.
