Elm Park Old Boy Yeah, come on. Who won at Anfield last season?

Reading, Chelsea, Blackpool, Wolves and Northampton Town.

An illustrious group.

Lets see what price the scamming gits at Chelsea charge if they get through. Rather Everton for me.

Kitson12 Would prefer Chelsea to Everton, especially if midweek. But I think we'd have a genuine chance with their run of fixtures.

Will you go to your cup final with your buddies m8?

Chelsea have lost their abilities. Been stripped of all of their god-given talents. Including the talents to kick a f*cking ball, or to have sex with any woman they choose, - neither Terry or Lampard have had an affair in months - or to be able to not prematurely come in their pants. Basically, Chelsea are screwed so you might as well save face and lose to Everton before we embarrass you.

Stranded Looking at it the tie will be around the 8/9th March.

It can't be that late surely. At this rate we will be in the draw for the semi-finals.

With the Chelsea players having internationals, if Torres signs (and a main Chelsea player goes the other way i.e. Anelka), with the Champions League and the important league game(s) that Chelsea have around the time there is no way i can see Ancelotti playing anywhere near a full strength team which would also restrict striking ability as Torres would be cup tied (if he signs) and Kakuta at Fulham. I do have high hopes for us if Chelsea beat Everton.

We're gunna lose

Pretty rubbish draw really, no way am I going to the bridge again, maybe Goodison? Until I saw about their replay not being until the 19th I'd hoped the game would be on TV but I can't see that now as we won't fit in with the schedule. Whatevs, at least it helps me on my inability to attend the final!

Can't we play Chelsea on Saturday 26 Feb? They don't have a game that weekend, they seem to be playing Man Utd on Tuesday 1 Mar, but there's no reason they couldn't play us on the saturday (assuming of course they beat everton in the replay)

Disinterested in this tie. The enjoyment of watching the so-called big boys died after our two years in the Premiership when we, even with our players, were surrounded by money and greed. Had it been a Crawley, L.Orient, Brighton, I'd have gone.

Still, nice to see us make the 5th round again.

I'd watch Reading no matter who the opposition are, that is if I could. Being bored of watching Reading play a Premiership team doesn't make sense - you're there to support Reading, not watch the opposition.

Good point as Chelsea have a free Saturday because they were due to play Birmingham who are now in the Carling Cup Final that weekend. Of course currently we ourselves have a league match scheduled for that day but rearranging that could be a way of solving the F A Cup problem if Chelsea prove to be our opponents. Wouldnt be an option if Everton got through though.

The game will probably be on Saturday 26th February as Chelsea have no game that weekend.
We would be given the whole of the Shed End at Chelsea which holds 6,831 fans, after saying this no doubt Everton will win the replay

26th would be the easy option and move the palace game to the mid week after if palace agree

I can't see it being the 26th folks. Gives the clubs 7 days to agree prices with the winner of the replay and start selling 40,000 odd tickets
