Good outcome, but very disappointing last 20 minutes. Lots of giveaways and a lack of wit.

At the match. Missed first 10 minutes due to inept ticket collection system (half an hour queue to pick up a paid for envelope!). All city to be fair, but we look dangerous on the break. Leigertwood & Khiz immense. McAnuff not having the best of games. Amazing double save from McCarthy. Crowd starting to get on city's backs. We can at least hold out here, and the way McCarthy is playing one may be enough for us

Who Moved The Goalposts?
semtex1871 what the fuck is up with Legs......looks like he was in Kiev with citeh!

McAnuff is the problem. not Legs. He's seen so much of the ball in good areas only to give it back to them time and time again, leaving Legs and Tabb to chase back.

But largely he's our main threat today, so I hope for more of the same. Good defending by City tbf.

Long is non existant which is noticable. Get him in the game and it's game on.

Agreed, McAnuff has been the disappointment for me. Zurab excellent, Mills too, can't help thinking the pace of Silva/Toure is going to tell in the second half though, we're going to need a goal.

Jobi's been disappointing for me. Others have given-up the errant pass but he's given it up or lost it on several occassions.

Mills has made a good few interceptions. City have had the ball in or around our penalty area a lot, we've generally held firm.

Appreciate they aren't new uniforms, but from the back, with 'Waitrose' across his shoulders, McDermott just looks like a warehouse foreman.
