Finally looks like Gorkks is going to get the axe.

I'd keep the same team via Gorkks and replace him with Mariappa as Villa have a lot of pace up front. If we want a huge towering physical defence, I wouldn't mind seeing how Pearce and Morrison worked out though it would either go really well or shockingly bad.

Mariappa is a dreadful right back. I can't believe anyone who is campaigning for that change has ever seen him play their for Watford. Played a massive role in their relegation and terrible there even in the second tier.
