SDR is confident that RFC can beat their 8 defeats on the spin this season. Defeats against Arsenal & Southampton could equal our best. Then it's all down to losing at home to Liverpool and wow 10 on the spin. Real Chance. Real Opportunity. The slide continuesssssssss

We are down down deeper and down! We should play that at the mad stad! Southampton fans must be looking forward to laughing at us. Our battle is now to avoid finishing bottom. Our new manager would need to be a miracle worker to save us.

Martinez pls

Very sad, 3 teams go up, 2 survive comfortably but one falls through the trap door, not looking forward to West ham fans laughing at us as we bid farewell to the PL through pure neglegence..do these idiots ever learn from past mistakes?

The pity is that it looks like Wigan are about to do a Wigan.

You make it sound like there is a 'correct' formula and that things can't change

West Ham aren't quite safe. How sweet it would be to send them down... especially seeing as they've apparently just signed away next year's TV money already.

Think West Ham will be fine to be honest. They still have to play Southampton, West Brom, Wigan, Newcastle and us. Can see them scraping a few wins together.

This thread/board is lacking a bit of optimism, so I thought I would share my predictions for the last 8 games-
Arsenal L
Southampton W
Liverpool L
Norwich D
QPR W
Fulham W
Man City L
West ham W

This will give us 36 points just enough to survive. Just.
Reading 36
Wigan 35
QPR 33
Villa 33

You really shouldn't have. If you think we can claw back the points to get out of the bottom three, and more, then you sir need sectioning.

I honestly believe that we have a chance of picking up something at the library which is Emirates against one of the worst Arsenals in recent years.

Just trying to bring some positivity here. If you think of it logically, the last time we lost this many on the trot we went on a good run after winning 4 out of 8 games between swansea and stoke, the same run would keep us up. Not saying its going to happen but its possible!

Sorry to say but Villa and Wigan are much better than we are. Just hope we can go down
with some honour by at least beating Saints and QPR at home!

Let's face it. We are bilge. This season has been bilge. Our performances have been bilge. Our off the field decisions have been bilge. Even the performances where we picked up points were mostly bilge.

You get what you deserve in life. We don't deserve to stay up, and will struggle to get to 30 points.

I really hope that the club learns from this experience and makes a fist of things if and when we get back. I can take losing, but being over-run and not competing most weeks is embarrassing and I can't wait til the end of the season.

The Prisoner. I agree with all that you had to say. The caption below our season in the pl
Should read 'bilge'.

Hope that the new manager will get us playing football! If we get promoted again we must spend money on CLASS ffs!! Hope AZ's new way will pan out. If we appoint Dolan then we will all know where we are heading! More hoof and run! Got to rebuild.
