I'm not in a rush for us to go up. Frankly, last season was horrible and that was because we were unprepared. I would much rather we spent time creating a decent team and decent plan for the future, hopefully with one or two homegrown players. Creating long-term success takes time and effort and while there is no guarantee that patience will pay off anything would be better than last season.
