TBM
3points Anyone think it was a bit weird that Ledge did the Golden Gamble draw today? Clearly hasn't sorted out a contract elsewhere, which is a real shame (or perhaps he's in training at Hogwood ready to sign a short term contract to cover the current injuries)

He came into 1871 suite today, he's without a club as he's injured but said he isn't giving up hope of re-signing now the new owners are almost in.

He did look like he was walking a bit gingerly. Must admit I thought he'd already found another club, I do hope he sorts out his injury problems soon and can get back to playing but I can't really see him getting another contract here but I wouldn't be against it if he did.

If he's hopeful then maybe there are some positive noises coming from the club toward him

With the current crop of injuries, if his injury clears up soon, I'd be happy for him to have a pay as you play contract, or even a month-to-month contract. We need more back-up for sure at the moment.

He trained with someone with a view to signing.

I think he's going to have to retire. He takes an age to recover from an injury and then frequently picks up another very quickly now. Shame, seemed a nice guy and a decent player.

I thought he'd gone to Forest.

I'd definitely take him as short term cover, at least until Guthrie is fit.
