Very much doubt we paid the whole final year of his contract up. We may as well have kept him if that's the case and have that extra bit of depth to the midfield.

Probably paid half and Blackburn pay half or something. He wont be on that much less at Blackburn so perhaps we just agreed to let him go on a free and Blackburn take over from a fresh contract.

Probably told he wasn't going to play here and the best thing is for us to cancel his deal and he starts a new one straight away with Blackburn and actually get some action. He wouldn't lose out on that much.

Well we have Shepparded in a new goalie....was he the Wright choice? Meanwhile, Makin a stronger back 4 with the Newman, McShane... i conKerr, although the latter did get on my Blatherwick. Keep them Cumming Mr Clarke . In midfield Igoe from looking a bit Meaker to slightly more Sidwell with the addition of Quinn,will he be McAnuff? We will have to keep Tabbs on that one. Upfront we have bought a new, Senior striker, Sa - although it now looks like we need Morley firepower. The Hunt i am sure will continue. Coppell the new signings with the youth team and Evans knows where we will finish, but i am sure we will all be Wdowczyking the table come the end of the season
