Reckon the club made him take his picture down as they had not announced it yet as it has gone.

Bit pathetic really if it's a done deal what harm does it do. He seemed genuinely pleased to have joined too.

I believe it was Steve Sidwell who was at Molineux having already had his picture taken holding up a Wolves shirt and took a call from another club who were offering more money so he walked out and drove himself to the other club and signed there instead. It happens.

He's played in the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain. He was shit for the latter two loans but the first one was relatively good by the standards of Chelsea players at Vitesse.

I'd compare him stylistically to Javier Pastore. The comparisons to Kaka are just because they look similar from a distance.

From what I've seen of him in the past and the bits I've just watched of him on YouTube I'd say the similarities are more than just physical. As Piazon has said himself (and I'm taking his word for it) he isn't you typical Brazilian dribbler like a Ronaldhino, Denilson or Rivaldo etc but he's more of a passer. I'd put Kaka in that mould too to be fair.

Either way, he's got to be adding a lot of ability to our attacking options and if Clarke can get anywhere near the best out of him he could be the missing piece of the jigsaw.

IIRC he is a bit like Chelsea's Oscar, i.e. a passer with quick feet.
Chelsea did have high hopes for him but as yet he hasn't come up trumps but they felt the same about De Bruyne and I wonder whatever happened to him.
Very pleased with this signing-it surely means that a couple are on their way what with the other recent signings and maybe, just maybe Kanu will be one of them.
