Maneki Neko but he moved his hand towards the ball AND it wasn't unexpected/blasted at him from a meter away

The movement of ball to hand is a red herring. It is entirely possible to commit a handball offence without moving your hand towards the ball.

There's this thing called the internet where you can watch games sometimes.

I think you need your own thread- I have just listened/watched online and have opinions on it - or summat

Very common for people who've watched online / tv to post up on BFTG, it's even called BFTP or BFTS sometimes.

I've said this before but watching a game online/tv can give you a better insight then being there in person, one has the benefit of replays/angles, and also less likely to get overawed with the emotion.

It's swings and roundabouts as I've said a few times. That's absolutely a plus, you get a much better view of individual incidents. But at the same time you lose the ability to see as much off the ball movement and positioning and the wider context.

Live or broadcast aren't better than each other, they're just equal but different. Obviously live is the more enjoyable.

There's no place for your new-fangled objectivity here, sir.
