Great write up Sutekh.

As ever, I’m so torn. I usually hope for defeats if it means a manager will go but the last 8 have shown us this is futile. Against Coventry I was neutral, hoping that there would be something different about that game, being in front of so many, protests and all, loss of face for Dai…. But no he’s still here.

I am probably going to be neutral for this too for the same reason, believing that there is something about this game too so a defeat wouldn’t be too bad if he goes. Who knows. I know it is a 6 pointer and every point counts but I strongly believe this squad should be playoff contenders and have been let down by terrible management. So I have no concerns about losing this as another manager will likely propel us up the league pretty quickly. This is nothing like Taxi’s team, which was shite and needed the magnificent seven to stand a chance. These boys under proper management would crush Taxi’s.

Both teams level on 60 conceded, goalless draw guaranteed surely.

Seriously though, surely this is last chance saloon for the clown, if they don`t act after/if we lose it shows we are resigned to lower league football next season.

You've got to think this is really Pauno's or maybe even the teams last chance of getting something positive from this game that we can potentially build on. Peterborough are in even worse shape than what we are overall and we've got far better individuals to boot as well. Any win for me will do on Wednesday, be it a 1-0 or a 5-4.

A must not lose game but if Pauno is still in charge I fear we will. Cannot believe it has come to this.

McIntyre has to play instead of Holmes on Wednesday.

Let's be careful saying things like we'll lose if Pauno is in charge. Our squad is waay too strong and should win comfortably despite Pauno.

My point is I don't want a win against Peterborough to suddenly make people think we've turned a corner, Pauno has learned, he's actually the right man to continue managing the rest of the season etc etc.

These boys should destroy Peterborough whoever is in charge.

I'll probably be tempting fate but Peterborough are definitely going to be the weakest team we've played in a while, ever since Hull rocked up at the SCL and somehow managed to get a point.

This is no doubt true but they'll be thinking the same about us, they won't have a better chance of winning all season. It's going to be one of the ugliest games in living memory I reckon.

The team I'd play, not what I think Tosservic will play:

Southwood
Yiadom
Morrison
McIntyre
Baba

Laurent
Rinomhota
Swift

Ince
Joao
Meite

Meite might only be able to give us 45 minutes but I think its important we start him and get on the front foot early.

Oh no doubt whatsoever that they probably think we're shit too and they're probably right. I think our performances, despite losing have improved slightly and it was very encouraging to see Meite back and causing trouble like he always does.

Yeah same, think he'll keep Hein, might be forced into starting with Meite because of Hoilett's red card.

Think he’ll just bring TDB in, keep Meite on the bench

Thought Holmes had a better game yesterday but not watched the highlights tbh

How many must win games did we not win last season? How many have we lost this season?

We will lose this, deservedly and comfortably. Wouldn’t surprise me if we get spanked tbh.

You watched a Paunovic game before?

Not banking on him being here. If Meite starts I think he will take it upon himself to play on the front foot, he took matters into his own hands yesterday and it was good to see. First time for ages we have seen one of our players take a game by the scruff of the neck.

Could be a thriller, both sides like to concede goals...

I can't see it being the case though. It's a massive match for both sides, so it will be a close and nervy game. I'd like to think we'd come out on top due to having superior individuals, but obviously we can't be sure.

All depends on who is charge. If its anyone other than Paunovic or his assistant we win the game.

Mitrovic can't do any worse, he's got as many wins as Pauno since October!

But yeah I do agree, it depends who is in charge. A bit of noise this evening so hopefully we will see some action tomorrow.
