Crusader Royal Couhig is a vastly experienced lawyer.
You’d think he has all the angles covered.

fred sharpes nosetraff If the sign-off, from the odious leech that is Die Young, has not been done. Do we assume that he or his toady lackey Pang has agreed to the sale of Azeez?
Makes you wonder - Dai always gambling or trying to get one over on people.
If Couhig hasn't sanctioned this and its just Dai/Pang trying to squeeze some extra cash into their pockets then I would fear that the takeover will fall through - or at least extend while they argue the toss about a reduced price.
Crazy coz I was reliably informed in the summer we turned down a £1.5 deal for Azeez

Crowbar6753 1 Million is good business and exactly how we need to operate in the future to be able to sustain ourselves as a club and to help fund the Academy.
The crazy thing about the transfer is the timing especially regarding the takeover of the club and who has sanctioned the move? Is it the old regime or the new one? and does it have any bearing on the takeover?
If we get to tomorrow night or Friday with still no news on the takeover i fear a meltdown may be on the horizon!!

That £1m fee will hopefully be in addition to a sell on. Hopefully he'll kick on and we'll have further income from this transfer in the future.
It would be interesting to know who sanctioned it. I can't imagine Dai, Pang or any of the directors would care, Bowen's suspended and the coaching staff don't deal with that sort of thing anymore. Would it be the CFO (Graham Odell according to the website)? Brian Carey as head of recruitment?
BBC The 60-year-old was given a 12-week ban, beginning on 17 July, eight weeks of which are suspended until the end of the 2025-26 season.

Bowen should be back at work, unless he's been given some time off to sort himself out.BBC The 60-year-old was given a 12-week ban, beginning on 17 July, eight weeks of which are suspended until the end of the 2025-26 season.
