Have to win both. No easy feat given our recent form. I'm hopeful, but Cardiff are well placed, if needing to win at least 3 of their 4 games in hand on Wolves.

Preston, Burnley, Sheff Utd, Bristol City & Swansea all with an outside shout of making 2nd.

Lets not forget Reading have been struggling to score of l8!!

Points in the bag for Wolves seem the better option..

Totally serious, would you rather be Wolves in near free-fall, or Reading merely having a (slight) stutter?

Why do you think the bookies have us as favourites?

Yes Wolves v Cardiff next week looks interesting. If Wolves lose that then you suspect the wheels will start to fall off.

Big deal. I'm not denying Wolves are struggling, but let's actually win our games in hand before we start crowing about the wheels coming off at Molineux. We are hardly pulling up trees ourselves at the moment.

A win and a draw from the two games in hand would be good enough to go top, if Brum win their game in hand on Wolves also it would make an interesting 3 way tie at the top with 63 points.

but would it be a good thing if Cardiff won at Wolves next week?

A month ago I'd have said yes please, but not so sure at all now.

Which Teamboard sage can advise?

1-1 would be best just to keep them off our backs

Our wobbling form doesn't mean that the wheels aren't coming off at Wolves. I'd certainly like to see a draw between Wolves and Cardiff, but can't see much past a Welsh win right now.

10pts in 7 is considerably better than 5pts in 7 as well. Although still pretty poor.

Trying to look at it all objectively, which is difficult.

Is it better to have the points in the bag but with very shakey form and what must be a sincere lack of belief like Wolves . Indeed they do have a habit of folding like a house of cards in the latter stages of the season.
...or...
Playing with promise and of course with the leadership of the Coca cola maestro Sir Steve Coppello, and with the run in that we have. Along with a habit of having a strong second half of the season.

Ooops sorry dont think thats very objective is it....... but then again........
