This is an extremely new phenomenon following RFC, It seems to be solely within this forum, I haven't heard much dissent going round games, maybe during and after specific games, and we have been disappointing after some games, but it's usually followed by a pragmatic 'cannot win them all attitude.'

Most of the pointless, negative arguments put forward on here by the ignorants are stupid, vapid and makes no sense whatsoever, so ignoring it might be a good option.
Or counter it with lots of positive stuff, they seem to hate that!

It's like the Tilehurst End never existed.

Never saw football there, didn't know anyone who did.
You were quite welcome to it.

Exile, my point realy was that we have a good team but still a lot fans write us off, therefore I'll take the negative views of a Blue with a huge pinch of salt.

What Platty is trying to say is that Reading fans have always moaned. Personally I'm struggling to come up with a set of fans whinge more. On the Tilehurst end you could dodge them. Now, however, they can post on hob nob.

bobby m's syrup Everyone seems focused on Brum or Wolves, but what about Cardiff, Preston and dare I say it Swansea? A good run by any of these teams, coupled with patchy form by any of the (un)holy trinity currently occupying top spots would see a very different look to the table by March.

Which is why this league is more exciting than the premiership?
Any team can win this league if they are to go on a very good run, a team right at the top at the beginning of the season could crash and burn half way through it. It's a sort of 'lottery league' and i have to say, as a ST holder for the first time this season, i am enjoying the matches! Very entertaining. Oh and we'll be 2nd come the end of the season after we've dropped to 3rd and 4th again

As I posted on another thread earlier, the Donny postponement could put us seriously adrift. Imagine if we lose on Saturday and Wolves and Birmingham both win, we'll be 5 points and 1 point behind respectively, and then if they both win their mid-week games we could be 8 and 4 behind. Yes, we'll have a game in hand, but you've got to win it and it's better to have the points in the bag earlier. Playing catchup is not fun.

However... Imagine if we WIN on Saturday, and both Wolves and Birmingham lose... We'll then be 1st in the table by 1 point, and 3rd will be 5 points away. Then if Wolves and Birmingham both lose their mid-week game we'll have a game in hand AND still be top :D Good times!
