Newcastle for me too.

Never forget the trip back from Liverpool in 07 took fecking ages with 8 different train changes, we were abandoned at Birmingham 'cause Oxford was shut. Fecking Oxford Ncuts.

This season Palace away  Watched it on telly in Portugal.

FROM SWEDEN! Having moved here 4 years ago, and been a Reading fan for 35 years, have aimed for atleast one game at the Mad Stad each season. Flew over for the Charlton home game this year, crap result but so good to be back! Thankfully Coppell chooses the right country for the pre season trip!

Furtherest on a weeknight - Plymouth.

Furtherest weekend game - probably Aberdeen.

Middlesbrough when I was living in Reading, or maybe Donacster from Portsmouth where I live now...not sure which is further.
Maybe this is in with a shout....Portsmouth to Brighton to attend uni, Brighton to Slough to meet brother and pick up M4 to Cardiff....maybe?

Flew in from Tanzania where I was working to see us draw 3-3 with Bournemouth. Ark Royal flew in from Dublin and someone else came over from Sweden. He used to listen to the match reports etc halfway up a mountain as that was where the reception was best. I had to cope with world service. I had the choice of possible promotion against Bournemouth or risk the play-offs. I remember listening to the play off final in an internet cafe. After the game I went and got totally shitfaced. I was suicidal and didnt get home until 5am. I crawled into work at 9, left at 3 and told my ex-wife to drop dead! Got divorced shortly after so all in all a good result!

Nothing technical about it! Told her sister to as well. In her defence she did utter the immortal words "There's always next time"

He still comes over for games, met up with him earlier this season at one in fact.

he must have come over about 10 times over the years, starting way back at EP in the days of Jim and Mick.

The whole year inn
rhroyal Nobody made the Peace Cup in Korea?

Plenty did

So did I.

Watched Royals beaten by Riverplate in Suwon, and beat Lyon in Seoul in Peace Cup.

Furthermore, had watched Murty played for Scotland against Japan in Saitama couple years ago.

I wonder if he told her to drop dead because she said the words "Oh get it over it, it's only a game" :?:

Because I hated her - still do. I hope that she gets leprosy and her tits fall off!

Prolly Middlesbrough with all the train connections, 10 hour round trip to see us lose 2-1. Hang over kicked in about 6pm. Other than that, Newcastle after getting a flight from Southampton.

Any North West trip by coach in the 80's.

Denny Fullbrook would insist on taking us through Glossop and I swear it was an extra 6 hours per trip.
