It looks like the last relegation place is now coming down to 3 clubs, palace, Scunthorpe and Wednesday. Current form for all 3 is dire so you would probably say Wednesday because they have played one game more
Is it worth pointing out that with the 10 points back, Palace would only be a point (and 2 places) ahead of us today?

NO !!
It doesn't matter - they spent money they didn't have, so cheating everyone else with the team they could put out. Therefore, they are where they deserved to be.
Same applies to Portsmouth
