Ian Royal
Murts-is-Lej Oh, and we never get through any FA Cup round without a replay.*

*Except the 4th

OK, bit too much poetic licence there! But actually we could do without another replay so I hope I'm wrong about the draw...

I confidently predict a loss.

Confident, as I've been completely worng with every prediction so far this season.

In response to the despair of the season up til Jan I started doing what I did when we get binned out of the prem - bet on the opposition from Jan onwards and lumped the winnings on us to get relegated. I starting doing it on five games in the last six (yes - I missed Blackpool and look what happened!!!!!!).

I am going to put £25 on Villa.........

You know the score

NAME ON THE TROPHY!!!!!!*

Didn't we lose one in 1901?

Everyone knows it's the first time in 83 years but I've heard no mention of it being only our second time.

Please correct me if wrong.

Most of their message boards are already talking about who they will get in the semis.

One or two cautionary notes (they beat Liverpool you know!), but mostly about potential carnage @ Wemberlee if they get to play Brum City

What usually happens in these circumstances is that the ref favours the big team in a crucial, match-turning decision (ala Chesterfield Vs M'boro in '97).

Just wait and see...

Devastated that we have Mike Dean as the referee - last time he came he was appalling and in many people's opinion - basically cheated!!!

Looks like we will have to play the game twice

The OfficiaLOL Site Mike Dean has been confirmed as referee for this Sunday's FA Cup quarter final replay at home to Aston Villa.

I'm just worried about how Bertrand and Griffin will deal with Young and Downing.
Oh, and how Mills will cope with Agbonlahor.

If we play a deep defensive line, I can see us winning it.

think the cup game at the weekend has given a nice demonstration to BMcD about what happens if you defend high/deep against the villa, so im sure thats how it will go

Mr Angry Draw at the Mad Stad, victory on penalties at Villa Park.

20,000 plastics turn up at Wembley for the semi.

More than that turned up for the play-off final against Bolton.

Not to mention Ivar and Carew. Or Tabb/Gunnarsson and Milner.
