Bowman's Quiver Well I reckon:

1) a certain former club of Ian Botham at home to begin

2) a south coast club who's future is far from certain to follow away

3) Robin Hood's boys at home in third place

Perhaps we could invite Sir Steve around for Christmas??

All just speculation, of course

Can you speculate on the lottery number for this weekend?

Compo's Hat
T.R.O.L.I. I would love a nice cheeky away trip seeing as the following day is my birthday.

So, in no particular order:

Millwall, Cardiff, Bristol City, Pompey (just for the AndyRFC pub crawl ).

Would even be happy with Coventry or QPR too.

Fawcett Inn!

First away game will do nicely!!!!

August could make or break our season. If we get 9 points out of that little lot we'll be in business.

Thats quite a tough start and end of season set of fixtures; like last season, our first away game is against a relegated side in some turmoil - hopefully the result will be different this time!

Home games scheduled for the dates of every round of the F A Cup so our triumphant run to Wembley will not lead to any rearranged midweek away matches.

Really strange reading the new fixture list. Don't know if it's me losing it, but not one of the fixtures fills me with any dread. All games seem eminiently winable. There doesn't seem to be a stand-out team in the league this year.

That's NOT a good sign. I will go into a darkened room and reconsider my opinions!!

But at least I'm looking forward to the new season!!

Hmm, a list of dates with football teams next to them. How exciting.

We've got to play them all twice, who gives a shit what order it's in (apart from H on Boxing Day being a winner)

"First four games could make or break our season" - err, not really m8.

Williams will enjoy that first game.

Scunny could just be the "Plymouth" that we lose to in the first match at home, before we go off on a record-breaking run.
