The fact of the matter is - we have no other right wingers.
Unless you plan on shunting Shunt over to the right and playing Convey?
Now, I don't hold anything against Henry, but I think as it stands, Kebe hasn't been playing so badly that he needs to be taken off or slagged off.
If he cocks up, refer to above.
I don't see it happening in the near future. :?

Re: KEBE - AN ENIGMA?

Wycombe Royal More consistent than Seol (so far), better in every department than Rougier, and unlike Gilksey Kebe can occasionally cross the ball into the box rather than just the stand behind the goal.

Goals are the only thing missing at the moment.

[/quote]

I don't want to have a pop at Kebe on this thread, but what are you on Wycombe?

How can you say that Kebe is better than Rougier in every department? Rougier was infinately stronger, far superior in the air, better holding the ball up, probably a better crosser of the ball and his general technique was better too.

Kebe has much quicker and much more direct than Rougier was, and has probably contributed more in terms of scaring defenders and setting up goals this season than Rougier looked like doing, but he is nowhere near better in all departments.

I'm not sure I'd say he is more consistent than Soel either. Certainly not at this stage of their Reading careers as it was only later in the season where Soel started to be inconsistent, and Kebe has already looked a bit ropey in a few of the 10 or so games he's played.

I wouldn't say there's a lot of difference between Gilkes and Kebe's success rate on getting the ball into the box either!

Too inconsistant. Rarely seems in control of the ball. His crossing is as hit and miss as his dribbling ability. Two good games from how many, is not good enough.
But also agree we lack options on the right...AGAIN.

I'm not his biggest fan, however I accept he can look dangerous from time to time. But he's one of those players who either plays well or has a stinker, there's no inbetween. For this reason Coppell should always have a replacement on the bench so he can haul him off after mins when he's having an off day.

Alternatively sign a better right winger and use him from the bench as an impact player.

That's why James Henry should be on the bench instead of Julian Kelly...

'greed

Sometimes Kebe's tricks and pace don't work and we need an alternative...sometimes they do though.

Kebbe's quick and that's it. About as much actual ability as Shane Long.

A well deserved new contract for the wing wizard.

Hopefully he gets quicker and quicker.
