Wycombe Royal So here are my thoughts on reforms that should happen in football. A governing body should be given the power to take control of a club (possibly following a court order) in situations like ours. That governing body then appoints an entity to run the club and arrange the sale of the club, for an independently set price, to a new owners. The current owner has no say in any of this and has to abide by the ruling.
Ponts deductions, embargoes, etc, punish the wrong people so this way the owner is removed from power and he alone is punished.
