Well last years side were relegated if you took on the pitch performance but I get your point.

Not really true. It looked like we were barely trying in the final 4 games once survival was secure. We had more in the tank if needed.

Priorities are one more CB, a left back and another CM option. Ideally ship out Puscas and bring in another striker, but the squad is taking shape.

Good to be well advanced with business a couple of weeks before the season starts too; I feared a terrible start and a rush on 31 August.

True - not to mention there is still another month (and the rest) once the season begins to potentially plug gaps here and there where we might be struggling, so all is not lost either. Not that I'd want to be in that scenario, but it's not as if time isn't on our side at the moment.
