Ian Royal I'd say Swansea.

Cardiff, Forest and us have a bit of a bottle job history. And I think they play the better, more reliable football. Though they'll struggle in the Prem.

I'd rather we lose to Cardiff in the semi than Swansea in the final. Imagine Todger's smug face if he does the trebble over us.

In this scenario, Other than be ecstatic about winning and bringing Swansea to the premier league I dont agree that Rodgers would be particularly happy that it was us he beat to it. His post match interviews from our defeats to his team this year were only complimentary to us and our set up.

He was a Reading man, and still is.

Didnt happen for us but FFS let it go.

Think it will be the Swans, but I still would like to see us at Wembly.

It just frustrates me that they keep the ball well AND score goals. BR was so obsessed with the possession and passing stats when at the madstad but we never did anything with it. Guess Sinclair is much better than anything we had.

Also, was listening to the Royals podcast and while I agree that "anyone could win it" I can't help but thinking that of the 4, we're really the odd one. The other 3 I believe have all shared the 2nd or top spot for long spells of the season with us mostly spending, on average, in the mid-table positions...

Agreed but that puts more pressure on them - Cardiff in particular

Thames Valley Bluebird I see your Craig Bellamy and I raise you an Andre Bikey.

Andre Bikey is a true gentleman. A lovely soft bloke with a real heart. He is passionate on the pitch and a vigarous defender of racism with the occasional headbutt. But he doesn't whine, spit or get in fights on nights out.

He keeps it on the field.

That said Bellamy is a fantastic footballer and I felt sorry for the way Man City refused to let him join another premierleague team. Although I feel a little bit warmer towards him for setting up a football academy in Sierra Leone with GBP1,000,000 of his own money.

We would obviously take him in a shot if he didnt require more than our total wagebill, reading way or not!

Corrected for you.

As per Thames Valley Bluebird, C*rdiff only paying GBP20k a week.

Still hope he's sobbing come Tuesday..................

^greed. Praying for Bellamy tears this month.

We seem to develop a few players that you'd only like if they played for you...Bellers, Savage, Hughes and, er....Vinnie Jones

In general understandable optimism from the HNA board.

Not quite so understandable from the Cardiff forum!

It's a HNA tradition that I castigate people who misuse "less"/"fewer".

Being Welsh is no excuse

I am a writing tutor with 6 published books, 100 writing articles,
300 short-stories, 15 first prizes, and recently a large bursary award
to write another novel

I don't consider less/fewer to be a mis-use issue. It's trivia.

IMO it's far too anal to worry about such small stuff

I don't believe that it's possible to sum up a complex, multi-faceted game which has as much depth, as many players and so many variables as football by analysing a small number of statistics. I especially don't believe that it's possible to summarise an individual player's performances by looking at a team's results - so we're quits then.

Snowball That was for Maguire.

I'm repeating what I previously said, that I don't think it's (sensibly) predictable

And what is "(sensibly) predictable"? Mike Tyson beating Queen Elizabeth II in a boxing match? Tell you what, let's not bother discussing who we think will the F.A. Cup, World Cup, Rugby World Cup, Cricket World Cup or anything in fact except whether Lucy in Accounts is the best looking girl in the office and does it doggy-style, shall we?

Which part of,

"I think all four sides have virtually equal chances"

"There's nothing to pick between the four teams"

"I think all sides should be about 3-1 odds"

"I think it's a toss-up, any of the four could win.."

"The teams are very very close."

"This time round, it's a lottery."

do you not understand?
