Seal Not sure if Floyd is on a wind up, but trying to be negative about the 2nd best right winger I can remember seeing at the club is a bit :|

He's not. He's being negative about Jimmy Kebe.

Vision
Snowball 14 0 14 Glen Little
11 1 12 Nicky Shorey
10 0 10 Bobby Convey
10 0 10 Kevin Doyle

I've no idea what that means tbh. Assists? Goals?

floyd__streete Jimmy Kebe? Pfffff. Only gets adored because of the absolute dross we have in reserve. Bring back Glen Little. When you've been used to watching Gielgud play Lear at the Old Vic, you can't really get excited about Shane Ritchie as Buttons at the Hexagon.

…and Kebe picks up the ball on the halfway line…goes past one, goes past two, goes past the byline, out the stadium door, onto the A33, over the M4 and on to Basingstoke. My sources there can confirm he crossed the ball somewhere in Festival Place shopping centre, possibly to a British Homestores lighting department sales assistant.

regardless, other than glen little and bobby convey i can think of no other winger that has given me so much entertainment and end product

even if much of that entertainment is laughing as he falls over his own feet or the ball, and those assists could ahve been twice as high if he managed a decent cross every time he beat his man.

Indeed, if it came to who I'd rather watch; Kebe, HRK, or Antonio...

Well, lets just say it's a good job he's staying!

I'd say Fae was up there as the best right winger we've had in the past 20years.

Taylor, Soel, and possibly Oster were technically better and more consistently productive than Kebe (when they played). If McAnuff had been allowed to play on the right more over the last couple of years I think he'd be in that list too. As it is he's another left winger for us really.

Kebe is certainly more enigmatic though, and on his day more dangerous as well. If I could have a fit Taylor or a fit Kebe in the side the former would win hands down (even if he did miss too many one-on-ones).

I'm not fussed either way about Kebe staying. I'd quite like a more consistent winger but if McDermott thinks Kebe is worth what they've offered him then I guess that's good enough for me. He'll make a great impact sub once we start the real strengthening in the summer!

Oster and Soel I thought might raise an eyebrow but think about it. Soel was just as much of a threat (or more) than Kebe is at this level but whilst playing in the Premier League and Oster kept Kebe out of the side. Both had their failings yes, but both did what they did on a more consistent basis than Kebe has done over his, albeit longer, Reading career.

Taylor was better though. No discussion needed there.

i wasnt really LOLing at taylor

oster kept kebe out cos kebe wasnt as good then, and coppello had a problem with getting shot of the old guard

seol was good. very good even. but also inconsistent, and was a totally different type of player.

id still have kebe now over seol
but ill let you choose seol if you like

Seol came across as lazy. He'd even be ten yards behind everyone else in the warm -up (they were walking) had some skillz mind.

I also like him for scoring the winner away at WestHam 06/07
