He clearly yaps away a lot on the pitch though and you can see why oppo and away fans would hate him.

It's a type of, let's say, professionalism that we havent' seen all that much at Reading over the years IMHO and sadly you do need to add it to your armoury if you want to compete as a team at the top level. Jason Roberts is another good example of this. Every other side is pressuring the ref, getting in their ear etc and it does reap rewards at some point.

I think Ian is just a bit upset that he hasn't got a song. Perhaps we can adapt the theme tune to one foot in the grave?

Actually, I like Harte - He gives 100% and that's all you can ask. If it isn't good enough then it's the manager who should be making the tough decisions, Much like when Murty went. No sentiment in football,

Bang on, Maguire. It's part and parcel of the game at the top level and does occasionally make a difference. This club is far too nice. Something controversially I would love to see change!
