LoyalRoyal22

LoyalRoyal22 He only 25. Abit of a all round striker, just what we need.

Scored 1 goal last season from what I can see. Goal-scoring obviously isn't part of his "all round game" then

You watch much Bundesliga? ..Thought not

Can't say I've seen much of Hoffenheim, no, but I think it's a fair observation to make. Not completely dismissing him, the fact he's 25 and has 44 caps for Switzerland is impressive, but his scoring return last season has to be a concern.

According to Wikipedia, the players at Hoffenheim who have played for their senior national side are: Wiese, Beck, Derdiyok, Williams, Johnson, Weis, Salihovic, Advincula, Wieser, Schrock, Acquah and Polanski.

There's also Braafheid and Musona who are on loan from them. I haven't included players on loan to them.

Anyone else missing? There's a few players where no information was available there.

Can you tease out a little more info without getting your mate into trouble?

Position, age, nationality, name... Does it look nailed on? Medical today apparently(?)

Just looking forward to the announcement here

"The deal was easy to get completed. Reading have had a fantastic working relationship with Hoffenheim from the build up to and the sale of Gylfi Sigurdsson....."

Just can't get my head round why we didn't sign any decent players when we were in the prem but now we seem to be attempting to sign quite a few. Feels like we wasted the opportunity. Not complaining now tho , it's a first that we have been rumoured with this many players.

Was, and probably still is, transfer listed. Friends with Alexander Tettey (Norwegian who plays for Norwich).

He plays for Hamburg. CR said the player is from Hoffenheim.

The player is reportedly Danny Williams, a defensive midfielder born in germany but plays for america. Possibly as the end may be near for karacan?

In his first appearance for the club on September 10, 2011, he registered an assist in a 4-0 Hoffenheim victory over FSV Mainz.
